Galina Medvedeva

Galy, born in 1998 in Kazakhstan, studied Biotechnology in Saint Petersburg, Russia. Supported by a DAAD international award, she earned a Master's degree in Immunology and Systems Biology at the University of Bonn, Germany (2022-2024). In 2025, thanks to the MSCA co-funded CarrerasPathfinders doctoral program, she joined the lab to pursue her PhD in Bioinformatics.

Most of all, she loves dogs and DIY, but she's also always up for outdoor activities and board games.
